“I honestly hate dealing with Verizon and have had nothing but trouble since I upgraded, and added a line in November. I went to the Bryon store(which is not where I made my initial upgrade and purchase) after several failed attempts of trying to correct the issues I've been having. They were absolutely wonderful at the Byron location! Serena was very helpful and understanding of my situation, and spent a lot of time helping me. I also witnessed her patience and kindness when dealing with another older, and slightly confused customer that came in for help while I was there. I would highly recommend this location and Serena specifically!”
