“Always a nice surprise when a phone store experience is positive! I went on Saturday, 1/15. I was frustrated with corporate for making me get a new phone, blaming 5g when my former phone was capable, so I came in right when they opened. Gleice was great, helpful calm and kind. Don't judge Cricket stores from your corporate phone experiences--locations like this more than compensate!”

“Not much to share I just went in there to upload my new device. It only took a few minutes to set up and then it downloaded by itselfno chords no waving just hooking the phone up and all the storages came through in the next 2 to 3 hours to the new phone. Technology worked in my favor this time in that store for a limited time.......”
“The location on 11th st try telling me I needing to buy a new phone cause my Sims card was not reading so I went to the location on Broadway n talk to Sandra n she couldn't figure it out n I left n then came back to buy a new phone and instead selling me a new phone she went out her way to see if her sims would read n sure enough it did so I purchased a Sims card n it worked.”

“Stopped in to purchase an xfinity prepaid internet modem/router. It was in stock at the store. The salesperson who waited on me set up my account and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. After I got home I unwittingly connected the router to the wrong coax cable, waited the 48 hours I was told it may take to complete the installation remotely and then called Comcast olin order to have a technician come to my house. Not the fault of Boost, though.”

“Recently transferred for work 3 months ago from California and had the Amazing honor of meeting and talking to sweet kind caring Jayline in Customer Service on January 27 2021 at 6:47 P.M. She is One in a Million and I wish all stores had a Jayline because her personality is Above and Beyond. I just met her and she was like talking to a friend I've known since childhood. In all honestly I haven't been treated the best since moving to the Rockford area but Jayline took all of that stress away by just being her Sweet Awesome Fantastic self. Kindness goes far and more employees need to learn a thing or two about that from her. Thank you Jayline for the Superb Treatment! You Absolutely Rock! Your parents broke the mold when they had you! “After a frustrating morning at a different Verizon I came here to get the issue with my phone fixed. I told them the issue and they knew exactly what needed to be done. My wait wasn’t long and the associate who helped me, Cedric, was great at hearing me out, making me feel welcomed, and walked me through all the steps so I knew what was going on. He even went and asked for help from his manager when he did hit a bump in the road. He even double checked his work. Thank you!!”
