He stayed till close answering my questions about my new phone and I could tell he was tired, but he wanted me to as knowledgeable as possible when I left and I rappreciate that . That being said, I thrive on premier customer service and that is exactly what I received at T-Mobile S Kingshighway. My Sales Clerk, Antonio, presented himself as professional, knowledgeable, and expeditious. Antonio quickly assessed the issues with my phone and rectified the matter. Five stars is not enough to rate a clerk and a store that treated me so well. The assistant manager even asked me to let her and the staff know if I needed anything further. nd went there when my phone was attacked by a virus. The techs there were amazing. They worked on my phone to remove the virus twice. Finally bought a new phone. The tech helped me set it up and now I feel so much better. Highly recommend this place! I loved the service.”

“I called to get a quote about a Samsung S20 glass replacement. (it had a chipped corner after being dropped.) I took the phone to the store and they changed it out for the price they quoted. The phone works well and I see no issues with it. I would recommend this store for anyone with phone issues. (A local phone repair quoted me $120 more for the same service.)”
