Like I never even broke the back glass .. called this morning about my purple iPhone 14 Pro Max back glass I had just broken the guy was super nice said bring it up had it fixed in about 4 hours at such a good price ! “After having very dismissive treatment buy a young guy at T-mobile, Loughborough who treated me as if I was some old lady couldn't be bothered with, in desperation I went to boost on South Grand, where I met a young guy who worked there named Ali. He worked on my problem, the same problem that the employee at T-Mobile couldn't be bothered to help me with I was so grateful so helpful as this young man. I plan to take my business away from T-Mobile and go to boost where they seem to care about people of all ages. I think T-Mobile should look into this and become aware of what is going on at their locations. I would give T-Mobile the lowest rating and naturally Ali at boost has my highest rating”

“We switch to Verizon because of Brenden Ramm, we had visited T-Mobile and At&t and the service was absolutely awful. We had the fortune that Brenden was just finishing with the last customer. He gave us ALL the information, he responded ALL our questions! He new what he was talking about ALL the time. So obviously when you get the information and someone who doesn’t want to sell just because he has to… you get the best deal and a great service experience! I hope you soon get a raise or get moved to corporate but hope that you leave us with someone who has your drive to help and make customers happy!”
