“After one thousand horrible experiences with big chain pharmacies, I switched to West Pine, and let me tell you—first, they made the switch SO easy. I just gave them my information over the phone and then they handled transferring prescriptions and everything themselves. Second, every single interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly, professional, and efficient. They call back quickly and answer questions thoroughly, they follow up with doctors and make sure I understand everything about insurance and prices and options. I’ve never had a problem filling a prescription promptly. And the free local delivery! I feel like this is the way businesses used to be decades ago before everything became corporate and horrible?? I love West Pine.”

“They are always very friendly & on top of things there, & they even have a drive thru for convenience. They are closed on Sun. & only open 3 hours on Sat.(not sure, they may now be closed on Sat. Too); but most prescriptions are routine, not an emergency, so it is a great fit fir me & my family!!! ??☺️❤️”

It's only Maybe 1 or 2 of the cooks that are proud and happy about what they are providing to employees and families! Kudos to them! They almost match the rest of the hospitals beautiful spirit”
“They are just SO nice here. I literally am shocked every time I come in by the level of customer service. There are a number of pharmacies around I wont use anymore because of how terrible they are, and this pharmacy is completely the opposite. 10/10 recommend.”

I do not know the amount but just about every useable space in that office is filled with bags of someones life saving medication waiting to be picked up. You can't complain if it takes all day to fill a medication, it is not the staffs fault.”

“This pharmacy is staffed consistently with caring people, exemplified by our pharmacist Brody. We pick up family members’ prescriptions here monthly, and before we even asked, he had checked to see if we had any other prescriptions ready. Likewise, one of the other pharmacists did a last-minute fill on a Sunday evening so that we wouldn’t have to make a special trip during the week. Pharmacies are busy, but despite the pace, the staff always give us smiles and answer our questions. I feel like they are paying attention to detail, too. This location is a little out of the way, but worth the trip. Update 3-22-25: another great experience at the U City CVS.”

My apologies I have only had great experiences with this pharmacy and anyone that I have spoken with has only ever had good things to say about this location and there services. The store location across the street I wish I could say the same for but far from it.”
