I just gave them my information over the phone and then they handled transferring prescriptions and everything themselves. Second, every single interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly, professional, and efficient. They call back quickly and answer questions thoroughly, they follow up with doctors and make sure I understand everything about insurance and prices and options. I’ve never had a problem filling a prescription promptly. And the free local delivery! I feel like this is the way businesses used to be decades ago before everything became corporate and horrible?? They recognize me as I walk in and will often have my order ready by the time I reach the service counter! In times of need, they have arranged to have my critical medications couriered to my home, or shipped to me out-of-state (when allowed). “Admitted 8/6 My nurses & doctors were excellent on the floors each one.Joshua was the best in the ER he didn’t assume, the CT tech was very compassionate I wish I caught her name and the admitting doctors .I had emergency gallbladder surgery they kept me comfortable and informed . The emergency room had no wheelchairs triage was minimally compassionate until they realized my 8/10 was really a 10/10 pain as my BP was through the roof .I hobbled in and drug myself everywhere which is subhuman until I had a bed. My very black pain was judged but I digress. I was well dressed and knowledgeable so eventually I was read as wow you are legitimately in serious pain.The day of surgery I was wheeled down to CT and jammed in the elevator by a bitter angry old woman named Mary I requested she not transport me anywhere else and I then taken by a wonderful young man very professional. Housekeeping needs to really take an honest look at their work the floors were very dirty visibility they just emptied trash and walked away as if it was clean. Bottom line a few bad apples didn’t ruin it but better is needed Thank God for the good ones .”
