“After needing some urgent repair on my tires, my first option was to get my tires repaired at walmart. After arriving at walmart, I spent a total of 45 minutes waiting to be attended, and was never attended to. So my second option was to come to Rivera's tire shop. Upon arrival the mechanic attended to us immediately and started to work on my tires. I experienced fast and great customer service. The job was done within 15 minutes. I recommend this tire shop to everyone and will definitely be returning. They definitely beat Walmart!!!”

“Eli was such a great help on 5/20/20 when I called to ask about a warranty I had regarding work I had done at this establishment May 2019. I explained to Eli my issue and he was upfront about the wait for service being 2 days if needed since I had some noise coming from my car when braking but was getting my car checked somewhere else. Eli assured me that I could call and update him if I needed to bring my car in. Called and spoke to Eli today 5/21/20, I informed him that nothing needed to be replaced and the other place said the noise may be caused by water getting on the rotors. Eli, was able to give me an even more in depth explanation regarding the water on the rotors. Eli was nice, patient, honest and informative during all my experiences. Thank you Eli and all staff!!”
