“The ppl working there are awesome. Prices are fair and they go out their way to direct you to good mechanics. Believe me, they know the guys that do good work. They have another location in East Chicago. Went there to have dull lights professionally cleaned. One of the employees took a look at the headlights, came out with a can of $3.00 cream and presto lights were bright again. Another place had told us $95.00 to remove lights and clean them .SHAMEFUL.”

“Excellent, above and beyond service!! So much to say… This group of guys stopped to help us on I94 when we had a tire come completely off our car dolly that we were hauling behind our motor home on our way to Texas! It was later in the evening and I’m sure they were on their way home after a long day of work, but not only did they tow our car dolly and mopeds over to their tire shop, but because of the area, they also allowed us to park our motor home in their lighted lot for the night. In the morning, they helped us fix the tire AND rim, replace the tire on the other side that was showing wear, plus gave us an amazing deal on an additional tire and rim for a spare! This team did not have to do all that they did, but we are so grateful that they stopped to help us and were honest and trustworthy in every aspect! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! “Definitely Recommened! Honest! Affordable price! Reliable! My Ford taurus needed to pass the Emission test but couldn't because we needed to replace 2 front manifold Catalytic converter(direct fit bank 1&2) and one windshield pump plus 2 sensors from the catalytic converter, which was causing the engine light to stay on. The mechanic literally worked LONG AND HARD on my car til that engine light went and stayed off and even took it to the emission test place for us and the car passed the test ?We will definitely come back!THANK YOU AGAIN !!!! ☺#One Happy Customer!!!”

“Sergio was extremely helpful fixed my tired so fast in a second. I went to Levin Tire Shop in Highland and they said nothing was wrong . I spend over 400 dollars at levin tire shop and they could not find what Indy Tire Shop found in a second. I told Levin Tire the day before what I wanted fixed and they said everything is good the next day I wake up with a flat and they gave us an attitude. Indy tire listened and fixed exactly what I needed thank you for a the wonderful customer service.”

“I have read all the reviews on this Auto repair shop and I did want to make several comments. I have been going to them a little over two years now and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the work and the pricing. I am giving them a 5 Star Rating!Once I took my vehicle in for an engine light that kept coming on and going off. I wanted to leave it and the owner said to me that if the light was not on there was no need to look at it. When I appeared like I preferred to have it looked at he asked me did I just have money I wanted to spend? I immediately thanked him for the information and pulled off; needless to say the engine light stayed off for quite a while so he saved me money for sure.Secondly, I can't remember what he repaired but it he took care of it and got me on the road and didn't even charge me.Again, I just wanted to speak up for EC Auto in East Chicago Indiana. I feel people may have had a bad experience but mine has always been professional courteous and I have been 100% satisfied.Services: Auto maintenance”
