“Used Jalisco for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation. Could not have been happier with service and price. Jose and his staff were very attentive to my needs and very friendly. I probably had his ear more than a customer should and I always felt like he was truely listening and cared . This shop is A+. In fact, I hope to use him over my usual shop that I have always been happy with and used for 20 years.”

“According to the guy on the phone, they can’t work on anything pre-1997 that requires an OBD-1 scanner. They don’t know how to check for codes on vehicles without using an OBD-1 scanner. Glad I called, and I’m glad they at least said that before having me bring the car over. If you have a post-1997 vehicle, give it a try, they’ll probably be able to work on it.”

“I have been going to Auto Masters for the past 20+ years. I woke up this morning with an unexpected vehicle issue and took it to Auto Masters. I can always rely on them to diagnose and resolve my vehicle issues promptly. Let's face it! Nobody likes car repairs, especially when it happens at the most inopportune time, but it is a huge relief that I can take my vehicle to someone I can trust. I really appreciate everyone's help today. Jeannie, the Assistant at front desk) was very pleasant and professional. I am grateful to Frank and mechanics for servicing my vehicle so quickly! I appreciate you! Thank you!”

“I brought my car in to Xtreme Auto to look at my exhaust/muffler. Turns out it was the whole exhaust pipe. Also had my light bulb changed and found out they had to take the whole bumper off. Showed me what the total would be and it was fair to me. Went to work the next day and my tailpipe fell off. Rusted clean through. Brought it back to Javier and he showed me where the pipe rusted through. I also informed about my muffler because to me it looked rusted and I just wanted everything fixed. He told me that it was a stainless steel muffler and it's a good piece and it should last. Now I was already figuring I was going to have to buy a new muffler and he could have sold me one because I wouldn't have known the difference. I was extremely pleased with the shop and felt comfortable being a woman and having my car worked on. Thank you Javier!”

“I was passing through Hammond on a road trip and had to get one of my wheel bearings replaced. I was given the name of Complete Auto Repair by a server at a restaurant the night before. I couldn't be happier! They got me in first thing in the morning, and I was back on the road by noon. Urial, the tech, took the time to show me the extent of my issue and provided advice for the rest of my trip. I was entertained by lively conversation on linguistics among other things, and Bob even asked that I call back to let him know when I finish my journey safely. Price seemed high, but I think it's more a sign of the times than anything. It was 100% worth it for some peace of mind while driving thousands of miles. This is a wonderful, small shop that made me feel like family in less than 3 hours!”

“Driveline is amazing at what they do, which is just about 95% of what any car service needed. I've taken multiple vehicles to them over the years and the service is always on point and the work done is professional. The biggest comfort factor as a customer, is the clear assessment of what the vehicle's problem is and the options available to take as a vehicle owner. If you're looking for a business that will provide quality customer service and vehicle service, Driveline Automotive Repair fits that description perfectly.”
