“Customer service is alive and well. Rented a truck for a week to travel to Texas for a family wedding. All was well until a tire blowout on the way back. Returned the vehicle today and explained the incident and without hesitation the associate apologized that happened and asked what would make it right. ?? I was impressed. They took care of me and I was extremely satisfied. It wasn't the discount. It was the fact they took ownership and made it right without me asking. The Enterprise in Highland, IN is operating at a 5 star level! Thank you!”
“I had a great experience with the Enterprise team. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Especially Jasmine went above and beyond to assist me and made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to others.”

“Klines Service center was great and fast. My catalytic converter was stolen in Wrigleyville and they were able to fix it in perfect timing just for me to make the trek home for Christmas. Grateful that my insurance worked through them as well. Thanks so much! I highly recommend Klines! Thanks again!”
“My overall experience with enterprise was great everyone was so happy, helpful, and friendly. I am so sad that I forgot the gentlemen’s name that helped me on 4/15/2026 around 2-3pm he was so uplifting and kind. It was busy and he still made sure I was properly taken care of. Returning the car went just as smooth. This gentleman’s name was Bobby. He was also very friendly .. 10/10
Update: His name was Destin!”
“From the time I called to the time I took the vehicle back, the staff were awesome. I would recommend going Lansing Il in a heart beat. I would definitely go back. Thank you all.”
“Takisha S. and Mark were so sweet, accommodating and so nice about everything. They run that Schererville, IN office proficienently! I've used Enterprise in the past a few times and have always been a very satisfied customer. BTW, even though I missed my car while in repairs, the 2025 Toyota Camry was a smooth ride. Thank you Takisha and Mark!”

“Enterprise is the only provider I have rented from for over 30 years. Their prices are reasonable and the representatives are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and have not lost sight of what it means to value their customers and provide good customer service, which has been lost in many industries today. I’m a strong believer that if it’s not broken, then why fix it. I’m satisfied with Enterprise so why should I go elsewhere?”
