Returning car to O’Hare was a little confusing, otherwise the rental was great!”

“Worked out well. My biggest worry when I rent-a-car is when I show up, there is a long line, and the line is not moving. Each person taking 20 minutes. That was not the case with Alamo. There were about 8 people in front of me, and the line moved quickly. They had plenty of agents working the counter. I appreciate that. Thank you.”

The customer service was truly outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Fred, and wow—his attention, professionalism, and care throughout the entire process made a huge difference. He really elevated the experience.
I’ve used Avis before, and I can confidently say that Sally goes above and beyond in comparison. Their communication was clear, proactive, and very supportive—they walked me through every step, which made everything seamless and stress-free.
Another highlight is their technology and systems—you can easily check availability, explore options, and they also have a national support line that complements the local Chicago office. That combination makes a big difference.
The car itself was very clean and well-prepared, which I appreciated.
If I had one small suggestion to make an already great experience even better, it would be to pay attention to a few minor details in the vehicle to make it truly “superstar” level.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Javon Pfar at the counter, who was highly informative, professional, and genuinely customer‑service oriented. His welcoming approach set the tone for an outstanding rental experience.
When I proceeded to pick up my vehicle on the 4th floor, Zierra provided excellent service as well. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the vehicle’s features to ensure it met my needs for my stay in Chicago. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated.
The gentleman working in the checkout booth was also amazing—courteous, efficient, and helpful—although I did not get his name. When returning the vehicle, the staff member assisting with drop‑off was equally professional and pleasant.

“Great neighborhood location. When you rent with this place, you avoid the higher taxes One would find at the airport. Yes, this is a large, corporate entity, that has a small outpost here in the neighborhood.
The men and women Enterprise hires to staff this post tend to be very professional, courteous, and helpful. I have rented multiple vehicles from this place. My wife and myself each have small cars, and we rent larger vehicles for Large, family trips, for our family of four.
