“I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Lincoln Park and had a genuinely great experience. I've rented numerous times since moving to Chicago and have had mixed experiences elsewhere, but Enterprise was a completely different story. It was incredibly convenient that they're open on Sundays since that's not something you can count on everywhere. Cameron, who helped me, was outstanding. He took his time walking me through everything, from the rental process to a full walkthrough of the car's exterior. That kind of hands-on attention made the whole thing easy and stress-free. I'm glad I made the switch. Highly recommend this location.”
“It was my first time using a rental from Enterprise. Their location is easily accessible. The process is fast. The few problems that I have are 1) The deposit amount should be told as you soon as you walk through the door. Don't wait until I provide my debit card, my ID, and my information because after you tell me the deposit, I'll decided if I want to continue with the process. 2) Speaking of deposit, $300 is ridiculous and excessive. I wouldnt mind paying $100,150, or $200. 3) I would like to know what vehicles are available when I walk through the door. So if all of the suvs are gone, I would like to know that when I come in the door. Dont just assume I will be ok with the cars left”

I had a great experience with Sally Rental and would absolutely recommend them.
The customer service was truly outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Fred, and wow—his attention, professionalism, and care throughout the entire process made a huge difference. He really elevated the experience.
I’ve used Avis before, and I can confidently say that Sally goes above and beyond in comparison. Their communication was clear, proactive, and very supportive—they walked me through every step, which made everything seamless and stress-free.
Another highlight is their technology and systems—you can easily check availability, explore options, and they also have a national support line that complements the local Chicago office. That combination makes a big difference.
The car itself was very clean and well-prepared, which I appreciated.
If I had one small suggestion to make an already great experience even better, it would be to pay attention to a few minor details in the vehicle to make it truly “superstar” level.
Overall, an excellent experience. Big thanks again to Fred and the team—I’ll definitely be back.”
