“As repeat customer of National at O'Hare, picking up a car is very easy after leaving the people mover. No change of floors is required. There is usually a good variety of makes and models. Lately I have been able to find hybrids which reduces gas expenses tremendously. Drop-off staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring that I don't forget to leave the keys in their hands or in the car.”
“Picked up a Toyota Corolla at Chicago O’Hare. Easy pick up by registering online. Car drove well and got good mileage. Returning car to O’Hare was a little confusing, otherwise the rental was great!”
“This location stands out as the premier enterprise rental car establishment in the Chicago area. The customer service was exceptional, a true benchmark that all branches should aspire to. Every call was returned promptly and every promise was honored. Despite the inconvenient location, this will always be my first choice whenever I need a rental car.”
“Did a tour on 11/17/25 with the maybach gls600 my driver Jose was extremely professional and would recommend him to anyone that plans on doing the tour. Will definitely be booking again. He was an amazing driver and had a very awesome personality and definitely made it an amazing experience with DS luxury.”
“I rent from here all the time and it is mostly a great experience. The reps and people are very good and support when there are any issues. Overall a good choice. I only wish they had some better vehicle selections particularly in the SUV market. Too many cheap SUVs and not enough inventory for large ones!”
“First time renting a car on personal travel and overall the vehicle I rented was in great condition inside and out. Plus, the customer service was great. If I had a choice I would do business with this car rental company again.”
“Worked out well. My biggest worry when I rent-a-car is when I show up, there is a long line, and the line is not moving. Each person taking 20 minutes. That was not the case with Alamo. There were about 8 people in front of me, and the line moved quickly. They had plenty of agents working the counter. I appreciate that. Thank you.”
“Staff is incredibly helpful and very responsive! When I arrive I am always taken care of immediately. Everyone is kind and I have had zero issues! I purposefully rent from here because I know I am getting good service!”
“One of the best rental car experiences I’ve had. Mikyl was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and took the time to understand what I was looking for and what would suit me best. Alex at the front desk was also great and made the whole process easy, especially around understanding my route and where tolls would be present. Really warm service overall. If you’re renting from this location, I’d definitely recommend asking for Mikyl.”
“Rented for a few days while my vehicle was being repaired after an accident. They worked really seamlessly with my insurance and with the auto shop. Very communicative and helpful.”
“Every single individual at this location is consistently professional, accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. And it's evident in how they interact with not only customers but also with one another. They treat everyone so well. I have never had such a positive experience with renting a vehicle and I highly recommend this location for all your rental needs.”
“All of the staff are pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I always have a positive experience when renting a car here. I want to acknowledge Trey and Kiwawwe for their exemplary service.”
“I really appreciate Phil and Dajon for taking the time out to help me with a payment on October 12, 2026 when nobody eles was here to help me and I got to the location on time before they closed and spoke to another man and the others left and the other man disappeared on me. I was really upset about it. Both Phil and Dajon gave me and always do give me great service every time I’m here. Thank you so much Phil and Dajon for a Tremendous Service. Love Always your customer Tanycia Watchman-McCormick🫶🏾”

“Love it, recommend it to anyone. Everything went smooth and easy. The cars are new and clean. No waiting time, all workers are nice and polite. Pick up like 5 minutes, and return even shorter , so 10/10”
“5 star service. There was a small issue with my reservation, but Connor and the team really went out of their way to make it right. Above and beyond. I would definitely rent from this location again.”
“We rented a car for the day while in Chicago. Benji was pleasant, attentive , and very knowledgeable-even told is about the nearest bathroom. Not his fault it was as closed!”
“I just had the best experience at this Avis. Thank you the beautiful human that made picking up my car so easy. I didn’t grab their name but doing cool stuff here.”
“Great neighborhood location. When you rent with this place, you avoid the higher taxes One would find at the airport. Yes, this is a large, corporate entity, that has a small outpost here in the neighborhood. The men and women Enterprise hires to staff this post tend to be very professional, courteous, and helpful. I have rented multiple vehicles from this place. My wife and myself each have small cars, and we rent larger vehicles for Large, family trips, for our family of four. Give these guys a shot.”
“I took my car to get some scratches fixed. They told me it would take 2 weeks and my car was ready in a week. The repairs look really great! Customer service and communication also great! Also my car was very clean when I picked it up. Even cleaner than how I left it! Thank you very much!”
“Best rental experience I’ve had so far. All the staff were straight forward and easy to communicate with. Del was especially helpful and charming. Would definitely work with these folks again!”
“Branch Rental Manager, Anthony, was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly when we picked up our rental car. He made the whole process quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle before leaving. His customer service was outstanding and he really made a great start to our trip. Alamo is lucky to have him. Highly recommended — thank you, Anthony!”
“The people at the Belmont Craigin Enterprise were very friendly and helpful! They made the whole process simple and pleasurable. Thank you for being awesome!!”
“Great Customer Service and Excellent Team!! From the moment I walked in, I was so taken care of, the rental car was clean, and the return was a piece of cake! I’d definitely choose this location again for a rental! Very great team and excellent experience!”
“The team performed admirably, and the process was executed effectively. I would like to offer one suggestion: the initial wait time for pickup was somewhat extended, though the drop-off experience was exceptionally efficient.”
“Tom at this Enterprise location was absolutely amazing! He was by far the most helpful, kind, and genuinely friendly employee I’ve ever encountered at any car rental company. He made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. Enterprise is lucky to have him, and truly can’t recommend Tom enough.”
“I rent all the time for work using corporate rate and the staff is super friendly. I avoid the peak times though, so it’s usually pretty quick. My go to in the neighborhood.”
“My experience with Enterprise at Midway Airport was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Javon Pfar at the counter, who was highly informative, professional, and genuinely customer‑service oriented. His welcoming approach set the tone for an outstanding rental experience. When I proceeded to pick up my vehicle on the 4th floor, Zierra provided excellent service as well. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the vehicle’s features to ensure it met my needs for my stay in Chicago. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated. The gentleman working in the checkout booth was also amazing—courteous, efficient, and helpful—although I did not get his name. When returning the vehicle, the staff member assisting with drop‑off was equally professional and pleasant. I rent vehicles frequently, and I have never experienced such a warm, consistent level of customer care from any other rental company. Enterprise at Midway Airport truly stands out, and because of this exceptional service, I will absolutely return when I visit Chicago again.”
“The service was awesome. We used Paragon to move our son to his dorm. The van was clean, fresh, and well maintained. The owners treated us with kid gloves and we felt like family. We will use the services again for our daughter's move in next year. Thank you Paragon!”
