“Just returned their blacked out Chicago G63 (highly recommend) and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Valentine was my contact from the very beginning and as a car guy it was a pleasure to work with someone who has a passion and knowledge for cars and the fleet he manages. He even took the time to show me around and talk about everything else they had available. The car was clean and ready to go on my arrival with a thorough walk through of how to work everything inside and the return process was quick with the security deposit being released immediately after inspection. “Emerald Club at National is the way to go in Chicago! It's easy to just get your car and leave and not wait in line. The price it's better too then a regular rent-a-car and you avoid the long lines. People with Positive Attitude working here every time we rent cars. Nice!! Love the Toyota cars! Great location and easy to get to from O'Hare Airport and easy drop off when you are done with the car and jump back on the tram back to the airport. We save so much time doing it this way.”

“We needed to run and pick up a box from Abt Appliances which was too large for our own sedan. We were going to get a truck rental from Home Depot, but they were unprepared and unprofessional. We needed something FAST. Mac Bauer and Enterprise saved the day. On a busy Saturday, right before they closed, we were in an SUV within an hour (timed from the call to the 800 line and preparation and pickup). We appreciated the veterans discount and the kind words from the 800 line operator. She was a pleasure to deal with and she found us a SUV that met our needs. When I picked up and then dropped off the next day, I became very impressed by the service and professionalism shown by Mac. The price was fair with unlimited mileage overnight and an immaculate SUV. We have used a different Enterprise near our car repair shop (3029 N. Kedzie) and our experience there was excellent as well. My wife and I plan to use Enterprise the next time we need to rent a vehicle.”

“I give them 5 stars. The place is very busy. If you are trying to call them, the phones are very busy too. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Renting the car, returning the car, and payment are all done with very good service. I look forward to renting with them again soon. Renting a car is expensive in 2024, and some will give you advice to not buy the full insurance package that is offered, because it is expensive, but I always get it because anything can happen. It reduces the stress level when driving a rental.”

“We rented a Ford Expedition Max from Alamo for four days when we visited Chicago for the yearly autoshow. Upon arrival at terminal 5, you take the lightrail to MMF, where major rental companies are located. At the Alamo counter, we were promptly assisted by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The formalities were quickly sorted, and the car was ready in the garage with only 900miles on it!After some instructions, we received the toll device at the exit. We were pleased with the car, and upon return, the process was efficient without any unpleasant surprises. This being our first rental after recent negative experiences with Hertz (where we hold the Five Star Gold status) in Europe, we wholeheartedly recommend Alamo in the US! We happily switch to Alamo for future rentals :-)”
