“As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by staff and attended to very quickly. They took a look at my car and explained the repairs that it needed. I'm not an expert when it comes to cars, but they answered every question and heard me out with the issues my car was having. Everyone helped me and attended me. From the front desk to the owner of the shop, they were all friendly, caring, inviting, and amazing people to do business with. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!”

“New Inner and outer tie rod ends where installed a day prior to visiting for an alignment. They have a charge policy regardless of the vehicle being serviced when you drop off the keys. I was the first customer of the day and expressed my disagreement with their policy. Of course I don't want to pay for anything extra. Service is already pricey enough. I was confident with the new parts that the alignment would occur. Turned out I was wrong. They returned my keys no charge but wasn't able to identify what other parts were worn out. Found out from another shop but content that I didn't have to pay with no service being performed that day. Things to check related to an alignment: Struts, Inner and outer tie rod ends, and / or control arms. 8/16/24”
