Not long after I found out I needed my alternator replacement I bought my own part and headed to Johnny. I let him know I needed my car for a job the next morning. He was able to take care of the service same day. A cool dude, good conversation and he went above and beyond tightening up a loose part from my own amateur battery installation lol. Theres a reason why his shop stays busy”

“A few days ago, I desperately looked for a local mechanic/shop to help me do a very simple thing that I attempted do myself. I had to replace both lowbeam bulbs in my car. My hands are kind of arthritic so I was having much difficulty. I drove around the neighborhood and found Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I walked in and asked for help. A gentleman with the shop told me to pull my car in. I'm sure he sensed my desperation and proceeded to switch out the bulbs for me. No charge. I am grateful for the patience and professionalism of the mechanic who helped me. Sadly, I am forgetting his name, but will be returning for future services. Thanks to this Good Samaritan.”

I came in for brakes, and instead of trying to get me all new rotors and brakes (which my dealership tried to do), he showed me that my front brakes still had plenty of life and the rears brakes just needed to be replaced. “I took my 2019 Ford F-150 to several different mechanics trying to figure out what was wrong with it, and nobody could give me a straight answer or actually fix the problem. I was honestly starting to think I was going to be stuck throwing money at the truck without ever getting it resolved. Then I brought it to 1st Class Auto Repair, and they figured out what everyone else couldn’t. They actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly instead of just guessing and replacing random parts. The difference in knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism was night and day. My F150 is running great now, and I seriously wish I would’ve brought it here first. It would’ve saved me a lot of time, stress, and money. If other shops can’t figure out your car, bring it to 1st Class Auto Repair. These guys know what they’re doing, and the name really does fit the service. 10/10 definitely earned the 5 stars.”

He took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel like I was being gaslit or upsold on any services, parts or products.
