“I needed my taillight bulb replaced, and they replaced bulbs for both sides, reason being it's known the other bulb could go at anytime, so they replaced both in no time at a reasonable cost. However, I think it best to know this shop only does transactions in cash only. They are very knowledgeable about cars and parts should you have any questions. Their lot is always busy so allow yourself time to make arrangements for repairs. Truth be told, I've been going here for years.”

“I was referred to Custom 77 by my insurance broker, who takes his cars there for bodywork when needed. He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. I went in to ask about repairing some paint chipping (I’m a new car owner, very gullible) and the owner was honest and told me it’s not worth the money to get it professionally repaired just yet. He helped me paint over some of the chips because lucky enough, someone with the same car and color had gotten theirs fixed that same day. He said he didn’t want to funnel money out of me and recommended I fix small paint chips like mine myself until the primer coat underneath is compromised. He even gave me some left over paint. I am beyond grateful for the honesty and for taking the time to speak with me even though they were technically closed. I cannot recommend this place enough.”
