“These shutoff valves work fine. I am using them for a generator as a drain valve for the fuel tank. It's inline with the fuel hose to the carb and the second port is to drain the gas tank. Works great for that.”
“I went to O’Reillys to purchase a license plate lightbulb for my vehicle, I asked the gentleman and the woman if there was any way they could help me change it cause I had no idea how to , they said no. My vehicle was too Difficult , so I purchased the light bulbs left, got in my car & Immediately called auto zone to see if they would help me with my issue , the gentleman that answered the phone, I explained what had happened & he said his coworker Addison would love to help me ,I pulled up & Addison with no Hesitation came out & took a look , he was so Polite, helpful, nice , understand & didn’t complain not one bit ( even though it was raining ) he jumped into action & fixed my lights . I wanna say thank you for your kind help & thank you for being you , I was lost & had no idea how to fix it . You Definitely Deserve a raise in my eyes. I’ll always come to auto zone & ask for Addison . Thanks again”

“I have been in here a few times and the associates have not known what I have been looking for or have not been experienced. I was fixing the map lights in my car and that associate was not familiar with bulbs at all. Another time I came in to try to change the battery in my key and the associate said they did not have a screwdriver.When I came in later for my alternator and battery, the manager Brittany grabbed the screwdriver I needed off the shelf and opened it and added it to their collection in the back. She also had recommendations for mechanics in the area and offered tips on how to save money. She was patient with me, too, and printed out estimates and let me write everything down.I also am going to mention that there are some guys that hang out around here in the parking lot and in the store and kind of give off a creepy vibe. I definitely would not work on my car in the parking lot as a woman.”

“Employees were very helpful, if she didn't know the answer to my question she actually found the answers. Sometimes you just get a clueless look from a lot of employees, not this one. I can be pretty difficult at times I will ask a question that I already know the answer but I just want to find out how far an employee will go to come up with the correct answer or if they will just try to get rid of me with some b.s. because they would rather do nothing. I have worked customer service for probably at least 45 years from the management side of it, and I expect them to at least try. This employee did a spectacular job.”
“Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. “I was literally across the street from Campbell's and they brushed me off after I made an appointment with them. Their owner tried to say that he came by and made an attempt to pick up my car and there was a car behind it but I was at the house the entire time and they did not make an attempt so not only did he brush me off but he lied to me. I called cophers to come pick up my car which is directly across from Campbell's they were there in 6 minutes. Excellent service no BS the guy didn't mess up my car putting it on the lift”

“They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”
