Took two hours to upgrade to a new phone. The first employee told us my phone was paid off and I was eligible for an upgrade then the second employee said it was not time for an upgrade. When I paid the balance due he couldn't even print me a receipt. Very poor service!

Always a good time. The associates are kind, courteous and funny as hell; love it! If I ever have a problem or a question, they listen and answer right away. They have excellent,trained workers!!

Scams said phones would be free just have to pay plan its nearly 200plus monthly to top it off first few months was 340$ for 2 phones I repeat do not get contract just a big scam u pay more on taxes when it's a free phone I nvr heard of pay taxes on free stuff u end paying nearly 7000 after the contract of 36 months

My wife and I exchanged phones with, Sam. He was honest, thorough, and took the time to help us to the best of his knowledge. By the end of the experience, Sam saved us over $200+. I would recommend Sam at the Canton, IL US Cellular everytime!

I actually love the service I have had in the past. Lately the service drops phone calls for no reason in our area. Unpleasant at best when you use your phone as a business phone :( tried calling the local office but no one seems to answer the phone.

They are very good at taking care of any cellphone problems.They all are very friendly and I think they could fix any problem with the cell phones!
