Never asked for tmobile, never wanted tmobile. US Cellular was awesome for 6 years now 2 months into this new tmobile switch i want to throw my phone off a cliff. Also, imagine making people pay $20 just to speak to customer support, per conversation 😂😂 0/10

Bad service sat there 2 hours and left we nothing did or done wish we had another phone store

prices r outrageous. customer service is absolutely laughable. they were already maybe 3 star at best, but since tmobile bought them, i wouldnt recommend us cellular to my worst enemy
