“It’s like living in a village everyone knows everyone’s business, some neighbors have no respect for other neighbors property, kids outside all time of hours, you see children having to take out their parents trash which we see how that goes sometimes they miss the dumpers??‍♀️ but other than that rent is fair and if you stay to yourself like me then you shouldn’t have a issue! Maintenance is quick to respond and repair to certain needs! Finally have a property manager so hopefully things will be getting smoother as the time passes!”

“We love living at Empire. The on-site manager is so friendly and takes great pride in the property. It's very quiet and safe. They offer many amenities and social gatherings. Great place to live.”

“This was the smoothest moving experience I've had in my adult life. I feel this is in large part due to the property manager, Hannah. Hannah has been and continues to be very communicative and available whenever we have questions/concerns. She's shown us a lot of kindness and empathy and that's just not something a lot of people do anymore. She's definitely an asset to the company that employs her and to the people that live in this community.
The apartment is great. It was all ready for us upon moving in and we are loving all the natural lighting and fresh air from all the big windows. All the appliances are up to date and there are so many places for storage. The laundry area is very nice as well. It's well kept and we haven't encountered any issues with machine availability.”

“I lived at Deer Valley apartments for 2 years. During that time I had a great 2 bedroom with 2 baths. I had plenty of storage and a nice sheltered place for my car. Management and maintenance people where top notch and addressed all my needs in a timely manner. My neighbor's and I were friendly and considerate. My time at Deer Valley was a good one.”

Alexis Tiberius is fantastic as the assistant community director will help you understand qualifications and answer all questions. She is empathetic professional and follows thru keeping you updated on your future home. Yes home because that soon will become evident. The apartments have been completely redone as all building amenities. I feel proud of my new home. I moved in April 25th 2025. You will safe and comfortable?”

“? We like it here ?We met with Bobbie, who my daughter calls her new bestie, and decided to move here from Chicago. We’ve been here since Feb 2024.It’s lively in the day and quiet at night; kids playing and families going/coming from work, but after work I can relax on the balcony peacefully. It doesn’t feel like you need to tip-toe around neighbors or like they’ll impede in on your privacy, either.You can see community living here. Kids visiting friends; neighbors talking/greeting one another.Stores/Shopping are a short drive away, too. Medical center is about two miles away; hospital 15 minute drive. The mall is about a ten minute drive and Davenport (Iowa) mall/theater are about a 20 minute drive.Johnny, the maintenance guy, is pretty cool, too. ?? He’s been pretty responsive and not to mention a pretty cool guide when it comes to learning about the area.Lindsay has been great, too. She’s been consistent in what she says she’ll do and has been professional in her approach.The experience has been a good one and I’m glad we decided to move here. ?”
