“I have a friend that lives in Forest Grove and I house sit sometimes.I agree 1000% with the other reviews.The tenants I met here were phenomenal,so were the matinence and staff.This place is very comfortable,cozy and clean.I would definitely recommend this place as first on my list of places to live in this area.”

“Nice neighbors , quiet , polite , good parking , neighborhood is surrounded by major construction , there is nothing that the complex can do but does make getting around a little rough sometimes . The apartments are nice , but need some modern work done to up date them . but over all pretty nice .”

“Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality home for themselves. The apartments are welcoming, clean, and have modern floorings and fixtures. The leasing staff are very friendly and always quick to help with whatever you need. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and competent, they're quick to resolve issues with care. The neighbors are quiet, the parking lots are clean with plenty of spaces, and the personal patios are perfect for relaxing and making your own. There's laundry in each building and the machines work well. The mailboxes and hub are convenient and secure. We were beyond satisfied with the move in process and state of the apartment. This is a place you can feel comfortable and will be glad to call home.”

“From start to finish this team is amazing! The questions were answered quickly. The process was very speedy and they really had our best interest at heart. After moving in I had a couple of quick simple needs and they handled them within an hour probably a half hour! Fantastic!”
“We went to see Nate Bargetzi (sorry if that's incorrect spelling) and it was amazing! I love the interior design, and it has amazing service. The seats were tight, but it was 100% worth it! The only pain was parking.”
