“Stayed for 3.5 years, left for work relocation. Rent was very reasonable compared to the surrounding area. Maintenance always responded timely. Parking can get very crowded. Lots of children so be prepared to wait to leave the area on school days. Also very busy during JDC week. Charcoal grills aren't allowed but they have common areas to outdoor grill around the complex. Area can be very noisy due to a very busy intersection, also lots of cars accelerating on the way to Colona.”
“I have been leasing at Empire 55+ Apartments for six months, sight unseen from Florida. I might add that my daughter and Husband did tour the apartment prior. The onsite Manager Rose was so friendly on the phone and when I moved in, I found my apartment was not only beautiful but spotless!
The residents are friendly and accepting and soon become friends.
The building is safe and well maintained, and amenities
to enjoy.
