“I had driven off a curb in my eletric wheelchair in St Louis, and a few days later, it broke a section of frame. (I must have cracked it and didn't notice) I'm 2000 miles from home, thinking our vacation took a serous set back. Went to Cottons Ace Hardware to get some items for an emergency repair to get through my vacation and home. An employee named Austin came out to the van with my wife. We talked about what our plan was to make the temporary repair. Instead of going into the store and getting my wife what we needed. To my surprise, he took the wheelchair into the store and made the repair. I was shocked. What a great employee, but it's not just that. The owner was fully aware of what was going on and let Austin go ahead with the repair. That is costumer service that sadly is lost these days. I can not say enough Great Things about Austin or the boss and Cottons Ace Hardware for saving the day. Like I said, I live 2000 miles away, but I highly recommend Cotton Ace Hardware. Give them one shot to satisfy your needs. I'm sure you'll find the same service I did. They are not in business to make repair. On this occasion, they really stood up. However. I'm confident they will listen to your needs and give you the service you need. GREAT JOB COTTON ACE HARDWARE.”

In the past it was a little difficult to find help and now there appear to be people stationed all over the building regularly. They have nice register attendants and usually have everything I need for my projects. If you've gone in the past and had issue with help or something, try them again. They're doing good things.”
