“Loved our experience with Ashley Furniture. There was no pressure ever. We weren’t sure what direction we wanted to go with new furniture for our living room and came back several times over about a year changing our minds from one thing to another. We finally decided to start with the Battleville Dual Power Leather Reclining Sofa and are going to add pieces around that. Cheyenne was very helpful throughout our process.The Carbondale store didn’t have one in stock and we thought it might take months to get one but it only took about 3-4 weeks! I was impressed. It got here so fast that we were having new flooring out in downstairs and their scheduler was very nice in working around our remodel. We called when we were ready and they had it to us in 48 hours! Talk about fast. Rohan scheduled us between 10 and 2 for the delivery and for most companies that means 3 or 4 but they called around 11 AM. Once again being on the ball. Their deliver people were so nice and professional and were very careful with our home and property as well as the new sofa.i didn’t get the delivery guys’ names but they were top notch, too. I couldn’t ask for any more than I received from the Ashley team in Carbondale!”
