Bought some cephalopods for my daughter, and unfortunately, only 2 were alive. Returned to the store and the employee and supervisor were so cool. So friendly. And replaced them, and made sure we got a good amount to take home. Then babysat them while we shopped! Absolutely amazing customer service!
