“Wow! The customer service at this location is amazing. My mom was getting the run around from the Fairview Heights location where she bought her phone. She was there two times for 4+ hours with no real help or solution to her problem.
Today she worked with Austin, Andrew, and Caleb and let me just say they were a breath of fresh air! Instead of making her feel belittled they actually took the time to FINISH setting up her phone and teaching her how to use it. Highly recommend this location! Thank you T Mobile team!!”
