Had an accident with my phone while on my trip. Went to this store. Was given probably oldest they had in store just to get rid of it. Had no choice because needed the phone for work. Mind it at the end of 2023 they are selling phones 2021 year model. Was charged $29.99 for set up service. Nothing but moved SIM card. No contacts, nothing. What did I pay for? To move SIM card can't cost $29.99. It's a rip off. I paid for the phone to be ready to use, not for me to try to figure it out on the road with no contacts, nothing. Very disappointed.

I can't remember the young man's name who helped me out. He was very polite and explained plans to be. In fact both employees were friendly!
