“I backed my wife's Prius into a tree. The tree is fine, but the rear spoiler and bumper cover were damaged. Tom, at Tim's, gave me a prompt and very reasonable estimate and cautioned there was probably hidden damage that he would show us once the bumper cover was removed. As promised, once he started work, he showed us exactly what needed to be done, and worked with the insurance company to get it approved. Tom and Rick repaired everything perfectly.
