“I stopped by Advance Auto Parts in Glen Ellyn to buy a new drivers side windshield wiper blade. The first employee helped determine exactly which blade I needed and then showed me their extensive variety of blades ranging in price and quality. I chose the Bosch brand because I trust that company from previous experience. After I selected the blade John checked me out. I paid, and then John came out to my car with me to show me how to install it. He had trouble releasing the old blade so he went back inside and got a tool that helped him successfully remove the old blade. Then he showed me how to install it so I’d know how to do it in the future. In this process he realized I needed a slightly different coupler (it came in the blade package) so he switched it out and worked hard to get it installed properly. I never expected this kind of customer service and am so impressed with their customer ethic. John told me “that’s what we’re here for, to help our customers understand their cars and help them take care of them.” Advance Auto Parts just earned my business for life and I will tell everyone about them. My new windshield wiper works like a dream. If you need anything for your car, I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts in Glen Ellyn!”
