“Excellent experience! I needed a custom paint match, and they got it exactly right. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect color. Even though I arrived close to closing time, they went above and beyond by leaving my paint next door so I could still pick it up. That’s outstanding customer service. I highly recommend RestoPaint to anyone looking for quality automotive paint and great service.”

“We actually went to TS SPECIALISTS which is located in front of Hayes. We will not take our car anywhere else. The mechanics know what they're doing and treat customers with respect. Try them before you go anywhere else.”

“I had my eye on a Rebel 500 and I reached out through the website. I was contacted in less than an hour and told to come on in. Jean the salesman was great. We agreed on a price and started the paperwork. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I rode the bike home that day. Check them out if you’re in the market for a motorcycle.”

“Really great store. Josh and Andres were extremely helpful when I was looking to get some windshield wipers fixed for my sister-in-law. They were kind, supportive and patient with me as we worked through the process that I was unfamiliar with. So I just wanted to put this out there and thank them. NAPA has a couple of really good employees working there. Thanks so much for hiring good people!”

“Visited this morning for a headlight issue. The employee helped replace both bulbs and took the time to explain the importance of the headlight cover since I was missing one. He even attempted to locate the part in their system and, when unavailable, recommended checking with the dealership. Very helpful and informative.”

“I ordered this product through Amazon for my pro Access tailgate on my 2025 F-150. The directions were clear and precise I could see daylight through the cracks of the pro access tailgate before I install this weather strip and afterwards there is no light showing through. I work in the door industry and the rule of thumb no daylight equals no weather. I have not been able to test it yet but I firmly believe it will keep the water air and rain and snow out of my bed.”

“I had to write this review to highlight the service provided at this location. When we were hit by the cold spell a few weeks ago, my battery began to fail. Until one day, I could not get the car started to get to work. Later in the day, I called an Advance Auto near my house, as the company advertises online, on television, and on the radio that they test and install batteries for free with the purchase. I reached out to the Batavia store, and Noah said they had my battery in stock but would not be installing batteries as it was cold out. Which I reminded him was one of the main causes of a battery failing... So I called a location near my work instead (West Chicago Neltnor Blvd.) and on my way home that day, I stopped in, purchased a new battery, and they installed it in short order without any hesitation. That is customer service. So Noah at the Batavia location has officially lost my business for any auto-related needs. If I go to an Advance Auto, it will be the location in West Chicago, where, if I actually need help, I can get it.... regardless of the temperature.”

“The best thing about Advance is the ability to check stock without driving around to get the parts you need. Having the order ready when you get there is a bonus.”
