“I had to write this review to highlight the service provided at this location. When we were hit by the cold spell a few weeks ago, my battery began to fail. Until one day, I could not get the car started to get to work. Later in the day, I called an Advance Auto near my house, as the company advertises online, on television, and on the radio that they test and install batteries for free with the purchase.
I reached out to the Batavia store, and Noah said they had my battery in stock but would not be installing batteries as it was cold out. Which I reminded him was one of the main causes of a battery failing...
So I called a location near my work instead (West Chicago Neltnor Blvd.) and on my way home that day, I stopped in, purchased a new battery, and they installed it in short order without any hesitation. That is customer service.
So Noah at the Batavia location has officially lost my business for any auto-related needs. If I go to an Advance Auto, it will be the location in West Chicago, where, if I actually need help, I can get it.... regardless of the temperature.”

“These guys are awesome! I went in for a battery replacement, but after running to diagnostics, they informed me that my alternator was actually bad instead. So, even though I didn't end up buying a battery from them, they got me connected to a great auto shop in the area, and my car was fixed by the end of day! Incredible service!!! I highly recommend.”
