Another review about this location's failure to deliver packages on time seems redundant, but I'm posting it anyway. My delivery was delayed yesterday due to adverse weather conditions while it was 85 and sunny. Today it was delayed because I supposedly requested future delivery. The failure to deliver the package is frustrating enough. Lying about why they didn't make the delivery is too much.

What a disaster this hub is. TL;DR if you get 3-4 notices that say your package couldn't be delivered for whatever reason and it's stuck in Carol Stream, it will be here. If you decide to pick it up, pay close attention to the sign that says where to park. You'll be going to the janky little shack that looks like an outhouse. Securitas employees sit in there for security and I can admit, they were the only good part of this ridiculous process. You'll need your tracking number and ID. Otherwise, all fine and good.
I've lived in the same apartment complex for 10 years, never one time have I had an issue until recently. 4 delivery attempts, all saying business is closed or something like that. Um, front door is open all day long and package room is also. Clear signage stating where to leave packages. Not even close to rocket science. Every delivery photo is just a blurry pic of the same package. They even sent one missed delivery notice at midnight, like what? I don't live on a country road where you look for the tumbleweed and pass the 3 legged dog, I mean it's a normal apartment in a busy suburb. Customer service lied over and over saying they didn't know where it was to pick it up, or it would be delivered later that day (twice - it wasn't). Then they said the shipper had to call them to arrange for it to be picked up. Fine. 2 more phone calls, they told them the same BS. I ended up calling during the day and got a normal human being at FedEx, who finally got them to just hold the stupid thing so I could drive in rush hour traffic to get there before they closed. I don't know what changed, but this was never an issue before. What a disaster.

If I could give them negative stars they'd be at negative 10 just shut the whole building down its crazy my package has been here in building then loaded on a truck for 3 days and I even tried to pick it up to help the driver out but no one seems to be of any help this is why at UPS were better even Amazon is better than this smh

Worst delivery experience of my life! The tracking information was nothing but lies. I was told my package was on a truck and out for delivery for three consecutive days. I was even given the name (Francisco) of the alleged driver. Finally, after the delivery never materialized, I was told the package never left the Carol Stream facility because they did not have a driver. ALL the previous information was nothing but a bunch of lies!!! I sat around for three days waiting on a package that was vital to my business. Had I been told the truth, I could have driven to Carol Stream and picked up my package. These people are the worst and I will NEVER EVER ship anything via FedEx again.

FedEx is the worst lost my Package or the driver stole it. I sat outside one of their locations for two hours. The tracking number said that the package was on his way. Driver never comes impossible to talk to someone at the one 800 number.

Thieves. I was sent a blurred grey confirmation picture and not item. I have a secured location with cameras the monitors all entry and exit. Still no one delivered my package. With proof of no entry or delivery. This company is a bunch of crooks and thieves. Will i get retribution? No beacause theyre crooks and thieves.

This was/is the absolutely worst experience with any sort of mail delivery business I’ve ever had to put up with. They put my package on a truck 5 DIFFERENT TIMES and yet it was still not delivered to me until I had enough and decided to pick it up. Guess what? I had to wait another 4 days before that was even available for pickup. I hope I never have to wait for a package from you guys again. This is insane.

They Routinely Fail to process express/priority overnight shipping items and the packages sit at the facility for days… waste of money! Customer support is an absolute joke and multiple representative have lied to me about delivery timeframe across a range of various package failure to deliver issues caused by them. Also, how do you lose a package in your own facility?!?

Horrible service... I had my order sent to the fedex office and they sent it to the warehouse where I did not ask for..i call 4 times and no one is on. The same page. They don't know where my package is.. I'm done with FedEx..

Requested package be held at a location 2 days in a row and they still put it out for delivery. Gave a delivery window and completely missed it by hours completely ruining a day while I had to wait around for an adult signature required package.

They delivered 3 of 4 completely identical packages, scheduled to arrive on 1/10. For some reason they just…didn’t leave one. And the tracking number simultaneously says “out for delivery” and “we’ll update you when we get your package”
Incompetent.

Cant deliver a single product, I was at home one day when you came and left, the next day my cousin was at home and you said recipient not available, the other day i took off and waited you never came, cant even come for pickup, don't pick the call up, when you do you say we delivered it to the wrong address wth is going on here 2.7 stars hundreds of one star reviews, the 5 star reviews are probably bots or employees, FEDEX SHOULD CLOSE THIS ONE DOWN, the manager should honestly just become a toilet cleaner (he'll probably mess up the whole drainage system)
