After visiting multiple stores trying to find a plant that matched the aesthetic I needed for my office, I kept running into limitations and was honestly feeling discouraged. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by Aidan, who immediately stood out for his kindness and willingness to help. He took the time to really listen to what I was trying to accomplish and genuinely cared about finding a solution.

Shortly after, the manager, Shi, stepped in — and together, they went above and beyond to make something work for me. What impressed me the most was not just that they helped, but how they helped: with positivity, creativity, and a true customer-first attitude that I hadn’t experienced at other locations.

Aidan personally assisted me every step of the way, and both him and Shi made me feel like my request truly mattered. Even when I had to come back with a small issue afterward, Shi handled it with the same level of professionalism and kindness, immediately resolving it without hesitation.

It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customer experience the way they do. Their attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me.

“Barry and Mitch were very helpful and answered all of my questions so I could get the lights that were appropriate. However I didn't get (honestly I didn't think to ask) a hard copy of the protection plan I paid for. It took me more than 35 min to get any info via phone and then it was wrong. I did call the store and the nice person told me where I could get it online. Seems I'm not in the system so i will have to fight that battle another day.”

“They got here on time. They're very home. Depot was very, very, very understanding. I was going through some surgeries and had to cancel the installment 3 times but they were very understanding or at least the people that installed for them were very, very understanding and home depot gave me a really good price on the carpet, like I said everything went great. I'd recommend home depot to anybody that wants to take care of their house.”
