Couldn’t recommend this business more.Don’t go here if you love: waiting in long lines, weak service (at best), or being told your medication is unavailable when you get there. “I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Walgreens Photo Department at 540 N. Schmale Road. I came in to have several family photos enlarged for a special picture wall I’m creating, and Luke and his manager, Quy, provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end.
I was there for over an hour trying to get everything just right. I wanted 11x14 photos with mats for 16x20 frames, and Luke didn’t just tell me what to do—he patiently walked me through the process and helped me get it done correctly. Both Luke and Quy offered suggestions to improve the quality of my photos and genuinely cared about how the finished pictures would look.
What impressed me most was that Luke stayed about 30 minutes past his scheduled time to finish helping me, with his manager allowing him the time to make sure I was completely taken care of. He certainly didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated it.
Great customer service can sometimes feel hard to find, which makes it even more important to recognize people when they go above and beyond. Luke and Quy were patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They even encouraged me to come back Monday with another photo so they could help me with that one as well.
Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to help me create my picture-perfect family wall. Your kindness and outstanding service meant more to me than you probably realized. Walgreens is fortunate to have you both! ❤”
