“I usually don’t write reviews but I think it’s important to highlight the efforts of staff, when they go above and beyond to solve the issues. I have been waiting for a script for the last 4-5 days. The staff has been telling me that they were out of stock , finally after a week of phone call struggle, I heard they have my medicine ready but insurance denied to cover before Jan 21. Finally and luckily I got Maddie. She is truly an amazing staff in addition to great and kind person. She called my insurance and got everything straightened out. This happened Friday evening. It’s not easy to consider patients problem as your problem and try to solve it by going above and beyond when no one was truly and practically helping you out especially at the start of weekend. “Staff is almost always friendly, never seem to have enough staff in pharmacy and this has been since well before covid. I'd like to see the pharmacy open at 8am. Opening at 9 isn't convenient. Items are expensive, so rarely buy non-pharmacy items there.”
