“About a year and a half ago I switched over to this store. I was having issues with another store where the assistants were very hard to understand. It took forever to get a prescription filled and got no help on the floor for medicines.Since changing to this store I have had much better service. I did have one episode where I was told to find something myself. But I complained to the pharmacist and it was rectified. I am much happier at this location.”

“Nice place to shop most of the time. I had an appointment to receive a vaccine. I had to wait additional 45 minutes!! Only a few people at the counter to pick up medications. My appointment was mid morning.I should have re scheduled and wasted gas driving here again ??”

“Rana-Reagan pharmacy went above and beyond to get me my Covid-19 Booster. My medicaid plan was not covering it anywhere and I was ready to pay the $150 out of pocket. Rana-Reagan was the 3rd pharmacy i went to. After they too could not get my insurance to cover it instead of apologizing and moving on, they went through all the channels they needed to with my insurance to be in network and cover the vaccine.”
