“I had a really bad experience here about 10 years ago, so I went to other local shops until they all told me the coil I needed was discontinued, so I hesitantly went back here. I went in not expecting much but everyone was super helpful and nice. I've been buying my vape accessories there since and the employees are not only very helpful, you can tell they care and not to mention how friendly and welcoming they are. I stopped in today because my ancient mod finally died, (I wish I got his name) but he went above and beyond to try to work with it first which it was ultimately dead. He then gave personal opinions and different choices on a new mod set. Taking that extra time shows that customer service isn't dead. They have a customer for life.
