I started another account for savings the other day. I was helped by Caroline Blumburg and she was very kind throughout the process. Being 19, I didn’t know what some of the information was about and Caroline explained it very well with a smile on her face. Excellent customer service at this particular branch. It has a home town feel of a small bank where they know you, ask about your family and what’s happening in your life. It makes me want to go inside the branch rather than using the drive thru. Caroline B. was exceptionally helpful in helping me open up another account recently and took the time to make sure everything showed up on my digital banking app. The personal touch with them makes all the difference to me.

I came in with my mom last week and the banker Caroline was so helpful explaining her online banking to her. She took her time to really help her understand the app. I'm glad my mother can get such personal and caring service.

I have banked at the Carol Stream Army Trail branch for years, and the team at this branch keeps me coming back. I'm not so much a customer of Old Second, as I am a customer who trusts this particular team of people for all of my banking needs. Their service is simply exceptional.
