Employees have no idea how to treat you as a person not a number. My parents account was closed and caused heartache for the family as they tried to figure out how to rectify. No help from the banker and there is no bank manager at the site

I've been using the Cary branch for years and have always had great customer service from everyone. Although I’ve moved out of Cary, I still return for any questions or assistance because Joshua Allen is awesome! He is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping his clients.
