Impossible to reach a representative. Go to polish and Slavic credit union instead for banking needs they have incredible customer service and always answer the phone without needing a dumb robot.

Machines the tellers have are always broken, or so that's the story I've been given twice now in the last month. Can't rely on this place to make your company deposits. Use a different branch!
