Waiting for overnight package to be delivered, no signatures required. 3 cars parked 4 people here they tried the closest door and left without leaving package. We needed that equipment today not tomorrow for work.

A few words that come to mind describing what happened would be: awful, horrible, appalling, atrocious, horrendous… most certainly a total disregard for customer service!I arrived with my package which had a prepaid label from Dell. Not knowing if the agent would need to inspect the contents, I left the box open so it could be sealed before shipping. I was told by the agent that they did not seal packages there and that I would need to purchase a roll of tape from their supply display. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! The package literally needed 6 to 8 inches of tape to seal it for shipping. I left the location to finish my remaining errands which brought me very near a UPS location. I entered the UPS store to see if they had drop off (the instructions from Dell indicated that some locations accept FedEx for drop off). Unfortunately they did not, however THEY offered to seal the package with tape – FREE OF CHARGE!If refusing to tape a package is FedEx’s idea of customer service, then I will redirect my shipping needs to a company that offers simple, courteous, and complimentary tape and avoid their business model of maximizing profits over the simplest act of customer service.

How do I get a number to this facility not an 800 number that does absolutely NO HELP !My package was returned by driver stating no one was home or business was closed . I would like to know what driver that is so I could explain to them that This in fact is an apartment complex so it’s always open and we have TWO options for deliveries one being the mail room in our lobby where apparently they were oblivious to the 100 other packages left there by FedEx …. the 2nd option - get this …. the complex has its very own package room that was made for this exact purpose , image that .It keeps our items locked and secured so we can get them by code once it’s delivered to the room .They have access to that as well but NOOO they didn’t leave it there either they decided to bring it back to the Fed Ex facility for me to pick up or wait till Monday when it will redelivered …. So Monday the same thing will happen ??? They will trip over 20 boxes in our lobby left by every other Fed Ex carrier , then turn around to bring mine back again ??? Further more this package did not even have to be signed for so please explain why my package is not being redelivered to me today seeing that this is clearly the mistake of YOUR DRIVER . I should not have to go out of my way to get to your facility before closing time , do the the fact I need my package TODAY and that is what I paid for !

Waited for my package Friday 11/25/2022 for the whole day and even keeping in touch via email to make sure it would delivered and it did say on their delivery tracking that it is on time before 8pm but just to find out and email came at 7:05pm stating it is going to be redeliver and that the driver attempted to deliver at 6:57pm. I was at the house the whole day because I did not want to miss the delivery. Wasted my whole day waited for my package for the lying driver to say he attempted to deliver.

FedEx hides behind there recorded person nobody wants to answer questions so they don't Connect you to a person when you have a logical question. Then they hang up on you. Their automatic Recording is horrible all I wanted to know is what time does the shipping department and carry Eleanor accept packages from Chicago because the person that send it send it wrong and I need to get that package here today but nobody can tell me that answer I would not ship things FedEx and I don't
