I think the website had issues. Our delivery was delayed, and info was not available. Most service had been terrific.

Nice lady at the counter. She let me know my package is not recommended to be placed at the drop off Fedex container, that is located outside because of potential damage to my medical diagnostic package.

Lucinda called to follow-up when I missed the initial delivery attempt and communicated with the FedEx associate to re-attempt the delivery same day! Very thankful for their quick response as it was imperative to receive the items in the package. Thank you!
