They have a garage to pull the vehicle into for loading or unloading. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a Great experience that I completely recommend. They arrived 5 minutes early. There were 4 movers total. We confirmed the items on my list and did a walk-through. During the walk-through, it became clear that I had grossly underestimated how much stuff I needed. I was assured that I was being billed by the hour, so there was no rush, and I didn’t have to worry.
They disassembled my four beds at the old house, wrapped my living room furniture, and loaded it on the largest moving truck I’d ever seen. When we arrived at my new place, I was so pleased with how well the movers were treating my items that I stopped off and grabbed everyone Gatorade. They put my beds back together at the new home, helped me set everything up, and charged me exactly what they quoted - no more.
