JR's team was flexible in their scheduling and offering, promptly arriving to start, and finished ahead of schedule without sacrificing care of loading the truck. He expertly loaded so well, we had plenty of space to take more than I anticipated, and it was well cushioned. Everything from my leaded glass, leather sleeper sofa, framed art, crystal and clothing arrived perfectly at the unloading, NOTHING damaged!! I trusted JR with the start of my next chapter, and would request to have him help me again, no question. Nobody else to call...he's a good dude!”

They arrived 5 minutes early. There were 4 movers total. We confirmed the items on my list and did a walk-through. During the walk-through, it became clear that I had grossly underestimated how much stuff I needed. I was assured that I was being billed by the hour, so there was no rush, and I didn’t have to worry.
They disassembled my four beds at the old house, wrapped my living room furniture, and loaded it on the largest moving truck I’d ever seen. When we arrived at my new place, I was so pleased with how well the movers were treating my items that I stopped off and grabbed everyone Gatorade. They put my beds back together at the new home, helped me set everything up, and charged me exactly what they quoted - no more.
