“This is our new Aldi . We came from Dundee illinois and thought those were decent until we went to the one in Alpharetta Georgia. Wow, that one is great . But this new one in Dabque iowa is secound . Good job . I still don't like the fresh pizza at the main door when you come it . The pizza needs to be last because it is big and needs to sit flat.”

“I received a pleasant surprise from the store manager Ernest today. I placed a curbside pick up order for New Year’s Eve, which was disappointing with some moldy bread and rotten vegetables. I called Customer service and they immediately refunded me for the items. But Ernest called me a week later and asked me to contact him when I arrived for my next curbside pick up. So at today’s curbside pick up, I asked for Ernest and he met me at the door and handed me a gift card for the shopping experience I had New Year’s Eve. This is why I continue to shop at the store. The quality of food is always excellent and curbside pick up is always a wonderful experience. It was a fluke and I understand it happens. Ernest made sure that I knew that customers are important at this location and took care of me in a wonderful unexpected way. Thank you, Ernest for making sure your customers are happy. I will continue shopping at this store and look forward to the great items I purchase and pleasant interactions I have with the employees who load my car and the wonderful management, taking care of any unsavory situations that are brought to their attention.
