“I had a tree fall out of nowhere onto my car, and after hearing great things about Sharp’s Auto Body, I decided to give them a call. I’m so glad I did. Louie and his team fit me in immediately and took charge of the entire process.
They communicated directly with my insurance company, provided a free loaner car so I was never inconvenienced, and advocated for my repair to be restored to true factory standards. If it hadn’t been for Louie and his team, I would have unknowingly accepted about one-quarter of the compensation I was actually entitled to—and the value of my car would have taken a major hit.
When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely brand new—you would never know anything had happened. Their skill, integrity, and customer care are unmatched.

“Don to the rescue! When my car started freaking out, revving the engine, different lights coming on, and just not acting right, I pulled over and called D&R towing to come and get me, well, and, of course, the car too! ? The very kind and friendly woman on the phone said to expect 30-45 minutes. Well, Don was there in 20 ? absolutely the shortest wait that I have ever had for tow, and sadly I can say that I've had more than my share, so, plenty of other experiences to compare to. This one was great! Don was competent, professional, personable, and totally made my day better ? While he couldn't erase the car difficulties, he definitely put in effort to provide excellent care and service ? We had a delightful chat on the way to drop both me and my car off at the shop. “Crash Champions Lake In The Hills truly went above and beyond to make not only my car whole, but myself as well. The repair process was lengthy due to the extensive damages from a car accident. The communication was always made by CC to make sure I was up to date on the current state of my car and the repairs. Due to back ordered parts and other hiccups they encountered through out the process, it did take much longer then intended. The shop manager Angelo made sure to stay in communication with me directly once he saw the length of time it was taking. He took extra steps to make things as easy as possible on me and made the process of physically receiving my car flawless. So far, the repair of the car itself seems excellent, I do know there is a life time warranty if I ever need to bring it in for any issues in the future, which is also a wonderful gesture of the shop all on its own. All of the staff that I interacted with or had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Crash Champions Lake In The Hills to anyone who’s in need of repairs and wants a reliable, trustworthy business to help take care of their vehicle needs.”
“Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.
ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH AMAZINGLY GOOD HEART! I definitely will be going here for any and all auto body needs going forward. Thank you BVA for everything you did for me that weekend.”

“I recently drove a friend to Ormsby Motors who was purchasing a car for his wife. The deal was basically completed on line including selling price and trade-in value. My friend has multiple medical issues including ambulatory problems. We were graciously greated by Mike who arranged for us to park very close to the office to accommodate my friend. Tom the owner took over the transaction which went incredibly smoothly. In fact my friend had a bank check that was more than the agreed upon price. Here's the kicker Tom suggested we take the car back to Wisconsin without any money down and mail him a new check with the correct amount. UNBELIEVABLE amount of trust and good will on Tom's part. They quickly worked out a mutually agreeable payment schedule. I have never witnessed an automobile transaction like this in my life. Tom and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating to make this deal work. Incidentally, the car was a Buick in excellent condition. I wish all car dealers had the integrity, trust, and honesty of Tom, Mike and Ormsby Motors. I recently spoke to my friend his wife loves the car.”

“John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time. You know the saying, treat people the way you want to be treated, well that's how John and his guys are.Service: Steering/Suspension”

“got stuck in a hilly driveway after the 3/16 snowstorm. Nick arrived within 30 minutes of calling(they quoted 45-60 minutes). Nick and his helper got straight to work and attempted to drive my van out and then got the winch hooked up and pulled me out of the driveway. 10 minutes after they arrived i was on my way!! this was after another company showed and drove away...1st Class Towing is now in my phone replacing that other company.
