They confirmed they can inspect hybrids which was helpful for me. The inspection was less than two hours, and fairly thorough; gave me an idea of what does and doesn't need work on the car in the near future. Much appreciated.”

“I brought my F150 in for a noise I was hearing more often and an oil change. It ended up after a very thorough inspection with pictures to support it that the truck needed some fundamental large things done. It only has 40,000 miles and we bought it used. It is a 2016. We love it and continue to need a truck. After a long conversation with Steve who runs the shop we agreed to axles, cellanoid, front and rear brakes, tail pipe support welding, ball joints, etc. They ordered the parts the Friday before Xmas, did all the work on Monday and Tuesday and I drove my like new lifetime truck out of the shop on Christmas Eve. “Daniel is a dedicated mechanic, he will give good advice and will repair quickly, relatively cheaply compared to other workshops. He has already repaired 2 of my cars and I am satisfied. I recommend Daniel to everyone, he is always nice and smiling, you can trust him with your cars. He does not charge for replacing parts that are good, as other workshops do. I paid about $450 for replacing 2 tires and shock absorbers, and another workshop told me $1,200 because they proposed replacing several other parts.”

“Jason from Crystal Lake transmission is very professional and responsive to my questions and phone calls regarding my notorious 65RFE transmission. I brought the truck in. He was able to diagnose it very quickly and the turnaround time was great. “On July 5th my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali experienced a diesel engine fault. The Service Team immediately took the vehicle in for evaluation. They determined the cause and deemed the vehicle undriveable. Following the 4th of July weekend they set out to source the failed sensor/assembly. The item was not in stock and required over a month to receive and a few days to install. While I was inconvenienced without a vehicle for such a long time the service department provided a loaner and my GMC warranty covered the cost of a rental vehicle so that my family could still travel to the east coast for our scheduled two week vacation. Chris Scholer provided excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!”
