“I had driven as far as I should and needed a place to sleep, I got more than expected. Justin got me checked in quickly and was thoughtful enough to give me a room on the bottom floor near the exit (I’m a smoker so I like to be able to step outside for my horrible habit). The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.”
“A little night getaway for us was damn near perfect. The lady at the desk was awesome, & the rooms were more than adequate . The location was the only negative part & it still wasn't that bad. The pricing was very reasonable also”

“We were in town from Georgia for our family members graduation. We had traveled from Georgia and my husband and I were exhausted. I am so thankful for Kasha’s expertise, patience, and kindness during the check in process. I was so tired that I left my driver’s license, and she went the additional extra mile to assure I received it mailing it to me in Georgia. The staff from housekeeping, to the bartender, to the meal attendants were so kind!!! This will be my preferred hotel when traveling in the area in the future. Thanks ?”

“Have not stayed at a Best Western for a while. This location fit the bill for location and $$. Overall, stay was good. Everything was clean and with the police dept in front of the hotel, the area was safe. Connie at the front desk was always very helpful, professional, and courteous. I would stay again.”
“The young man at the desk blew my mind, was either Justin or Dustin, when I checked in the desk was busy, he single handily checked me in while also getting payment for another person for snacks and made a key for another room all within a few minutes! Talk about fast workers, he did all this while still making me feel comfortable! Couldn’t ask for better guest services! The hotel was busy for sure but quiet for a Friday night, room was great and so was the breakfast! Will be back to this hotel when we travel through next! Only complaint was the room was a little dark, other than that was a great stay!”

“i had a great stay! the hotel rooms are clean, the receptionists are so nice and helpful, the cleaners made my bed with my blanket that i brought and i thought that was sweet. also NOTHING OF MINE WENT MISSING!!! i truly believe the people saying that misplaced their belongings. there was a lot they could have taken and they didn’t touch any of it! the continental breakfast was a 9/10!! very good hotel for a very low price.”

The owners were very welcoming during the hardest chapter of my life. Their genuine kindness provided a safe haven when I felt completely alone. Not only are the rooms nice, the breakfast good and the location next to the lake top notch but Amanda makes the entire experience perfect. She's always so friendly and always so accommodating. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels and she truly sets the standard for what I like to experience from the second I walk in the door.”
“Full transparency, I'm a tad bit partial to the housekeeping staff. So, aside from making it known that Melissa does a wonderful job keeping a superior standard of neatness and cleanliness throughout the various kinds of rooms here, I'd also like to voice my appreciation for Kale, the maintenence man. Though he'd already put in a full days work, plus took the time to attend to a minor issue I'd had with a sink well after sunset, when another guest had an issue with his toilet inexplicably occur, not only did he attend to it immediately but was jovial, friendly and courteous beyond fathom. Both of these individuals display the kind of work ethic that encourages repeat patronage and a general sense of faith and confidence in the service industry.”

“This location was like a 6 minute drive to the university which is why I booked to be close by. My stay was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. It was quiet here. I got some very good sleep. Coffee was free all during the day and taste nice and fresh. Breakfast started at 6am with some nice selections like egg omelette, breakfast potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, scones, and you can make your own waffles. Also had fresh made coffee for breakfast. Overall very pleasant stay”

“So I checked out today 8/1 I stayed for 7 days. With the exception of the door slams this hotel was awesome. The staff was very accommodating. Staying in a single room as 1.peraon the AC stayed cold and the internet worked great. So all my needs were met with graciousness. Thank you Motel 6 Caseyville Illinois.”
