“August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement.
Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed.
I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care.
If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!”

“When we first moved to Belleville, we took our car to this place simply because they were within walking distance. I was fairly bristling with hostility, as my hubby was deployed and it was just me and my daughters and MIL, so I made sure to double check EVERYTHING they told me. They were good humored and patient, showed me everything they were going to do or had done and they did a great job for a good price. To my mortification, due to a mixup on where my hubby's paycheck was deposited, the check bounced. They called us personally instead of shuffling us directly to another business, or sending it back to bounce again, and very kindly allowed us to make up the payment again, using a check again, after we got it taken care of. Since then, we have never had a lick of trouble with these people. They have even given us rides home when it was raining, or really hot and they didn't want to see us walking home when we dropped off the vehicle. They remember our old vehicles, and this last time, when I, for once, called ahead and told them what needed to be done, they went ahead and pre ordered the stuff they'd need, because they remembered what they were dealing with and knew what they'd need (brake work). Because they are a small shop, we sometimes have to pay for the part to be ordered and delivered before they can make a repair, and that's completely understandable. Because they sometimes get overwhelmed they can take a little longer than some larger places, but since we know that we can work around it. They are scrupulously honest, kind, and go the extra mile for their customers. If they cannot do a repair, they tell you up front and are willing to recommend some local shops that can. They're our first choice, every time.”
“I have two vehicles Durango and a mustang . I don't go anywhere else for repairs. Joe always fixes it right and is one honest mechanic. Usually he gets it done in one day and the price is always cheaper than everywhere else. I was lucky to find his shop.”
“Excellent work at a fair price. They are upfront about possible extra repairs that might be needed once they start repairs. They are definitely concerned about the safety of the vehicle. They weren't happy with a used part and asked for an extra day to get a part they felt was safer for the car. They could have easily put the unsafe part on and saved time, but they are honest and care about their customers' safety. Even though the new part cost more, they only charged me the original quote and did a 5-star repair job.”
“Sorry for the late review, I could not rate adr higher they met every expectation an more... I had a fender, air intake hose, fixed and they went out of their way peeling back the wrecked side of my driver door ( so it wasn't sticking out, could of possibly caused someone to accidentally get hurt walking by?) but they went beyond out of their way an fixed my bumper to the point it looks brand new?, (which I was going to wire up or even duct tape if I needed to??♀️??)... ADR are amazing I've gone to them with several cars an have to say Chris & Jake are your guys if you need ANY kind or repairs or body work done ?!!!”

“Sky (the guy driving the truck) was the best tow person I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t believe that he pulled over to offer me assistance before I even had a chance to call you guys. He saw that my car broke down in a really bad spot on route 3 and made sure that I was going to be able to get out of that situation. Legitimately, his assistance restored my faith in humanity yesterday. I can’t say enough how much that means to me! With out a doubt, I will be using this company from now on.”

“5 star service , these guys saved our butts our 2000 35ft coachmen had a single tire blow out that also damaged our other duelly tire. These guys not only had our apparently rare commercial size tires in stock but they also beat the big competitors and came straight to us and and had us back on the road within 2 hrs. We ended up getting a second tire serviced by them as well and all in all the price for 2 tires with delivery and install was cheaper then 1 tire at a local competitor. I don't know, how people are having bad luck with these guys. They honestly were the only ones to get back to us in a rather quick time. I'd highly recommend if your an out of towner like us go through these guys they will do you right. Thanks again”
