“They did great work and were very friendly! Got the car done earlier than expected and communicated with me through the whole process from the first time I called to have the car towed there until the car was ready!”
“I messed up and smashed my passenger side mirror on my 2025 trick. Dempsey Adams was so wonderful and efficient in getting the repair scheduled and completed. The entire staff was great. I highly recommend them. They will always be my first call when I need repairs. (Hopefully not any time soon though)”
“Charles was so quick to help us in our time of need. He quickly came to our rescue, started our car, diagnosed the problem, and helped us get to the nearest parts store and worked 4 hours to help us replace our alternator. What a God send!!!”

“We been stuck on the road since 3pm had a tow come from my extended warranty pretty much told us that he couldn’t do it due to the truck he had “supposedly” looked around finally got halls to come out at 1am HOURS LATER being stranded 3 inches away from the highway couldn’t shift my car in any gears gets there in 20 minutes and gets it up on the bed in 2 seconds mind you THE SAME TYPE OF TRUCK AS THE LAST GUYS Thank you! So blessed for your help”
“I used my insurance to request road side assistance and he responded in adequate time. My time frame was 30-60 minutes (weather was 6 degrees) and he made it to me in less than 5 minutes. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!”
“August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement.
Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed.
I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care.
If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!”
“Distler's has a great reputation, and for a reason. They're communicative and thorough with their work, and fair on pricing. Its easy to see why the wait list is so long to get in, but they make it feel worthwhile.”
“My brother alway has taken his vehicles here, i just wanna thank the ol boy for never getting rid of the old charger that sat in the parking lot ever sence i was a young guy, although, I'd love to see it all restored to its factory condition, & not leaving it out in the weather like it has been, it really needs to be brought back to it's once beautiful former glory”

“Sonic was around the area and was incredibly helpful with getting back into my car. Great price for a last minute request. Brian was also a big help with getting my car up and running after my car alarm wasn't letting my car start. If I need a tow company they will be the first ones to call”
“I just had my 2018 explorer repaired. They did an amazing job, everyone was so friendly and they got my car done and back to me incredibly fast! Super happy with the whole experience!! Thank you CAB!”
“Sorry for the late review, I could not rate adr higher they met every expectation an more... I had a fender, air intake hose, fixed and they went out of their way peeling back the wrecked side of my driver door ( so it wasn't sticking out, could of possibly caused someone to accidentally get hurt walking by?) but they went beyond out of their way an fixed my bumper to the point it looks brand new?, (which I was going to wire up or even duct tape if I needed to??♀️??)... ADR are amazing I've gone to them with several cars an have to say Chris & Jake are your guys if you need ANY kind or repairs or body work done ?!!!”

“10/10-- The tow truck was there in 15 minutes! I've never had such good service. We didn't catch his name but the driver had a great sense of humor and a sweet ZZ Top beard. Hopefully we don't need another tow anytime soon, but we'd use Johnston again no questions.”

“Sky (the guy driving the truck) was the best tow person I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t believe that he pulled over to offer me assistance before I even had a chance to call you guys. He saw that my car broke down in a really bad spot on route 3 and made sure that I was going to be able to get out of that situation. Legitimately, his assistance restored my faith in humanity yesterday. I can’t say enough how much that means to me! With out a doubt, I will be using this company from now on.”

“I'd like to thank yall again for letting me get my things and let you know that as soon as I accept that I won't be able to afford to get my truck since I have to pay the police station and then yall which as you know from Friday to Monday it was nearly $1000 because I only had the truck 13 days and Fairview heights determined that was too long to not have plates, I thought I had 30 days, silly me for stopping and thinking I was legal. But I will sign my title and send it to you. Your employee brought up a good point, its not yalls fault... you just happen. To provide a service and that service just happened to be used against me by the police of your town. I appreciate it very much that you allowed me to get my things so I will send you my title so you have are able to do with it what you like. Its clean, no leans, no holds other than that of Fairview heights and yourself. I appreciate you, thank you again.”
“Fix the dumb mobile app that wouldn't find the location. Had to go call after 30 min of trying just to have to use browser to set up my stuff. Guy at the mini max was super nice and called ahead to let me know where the truck was and it was easy to get to. The truck worked great.”

“I just had an amazing experience with Patterson Towing! I called him on Friday night to come get my abandoned truck that was on shoulder of I55, the guy gave me the best affordable price and showed on site in 30 minutes. He didn’t charge me for 7 days of storage for my truck and when my driver got there batteries were dead but he came and jump start the truck for free. Definitely call Patterson Towing if you are in the area!”

“My family has been taking their vehicles to Andy’s for decades. I’ve had body work (sometimes minor, sometimes extensive), hail damage repair, pano moonroof replacement, etc. done there. Instead of gouging people, Andy works with their estimates and often over delivers. His shop does great work and he stands by it. He has many loyal and repeat customers, which tells you a lot about the man and his business. Highly recommended!”

“5 star service , these guys saved our butts our 2000 35ft coachmen had a single tire blow out that also damaged our other duelly tire. These guys not only had our apparently rare commercial size tires in stock but they also beat the big competitors and came straight to us and and had us back on the road within 2 hrs. We ended up getting a second tire serviced by them as well and all in all the price for 2 tires with delivery and install was cheaper then 1 tire at a local competitor. I don't know, how people are having bad luck with these guys. They honestly were the only ones to get back to us in a rather quick time. I'd highly recommend if your an out of towner like us go through these guys they will do you right. Thanks again”
