Best Western Plus Centralia Hotel & Suites offers very clean, spacious, and updated rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly, attentive, and excellent. Guests note a good atmosphere and a nice lobby with free cookies. Breakfast options are great with fresh fruit, kept fresh and full by attendants, though some found it just okay. The hotel is within walking distance of multiple food choices and a Walmart, with sidewalks to a park. The front door is locked at night for safety. While most experiences are great, some note a weird shower setup and that cigarette butts need policing. The staff is honest and helpful, even mailing back left items. Many would definitely stay here again.
I got a free upgrade to a suit. Very friendly staff and location is right off the highway.
