All Genfed staff are welcoming and helpful! Especially, Louann with helping us so promptly with such short notice! Also, being short-handed at her branch at the time. Louann and all her staff are very kind and understanding. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Terrible! It won’t let me enroll in the new app. They say that you have to call the branch but after a recording plays it hangs up on you. I need somebody to answer the phone. Why would my account number not work or have been changed. Terrible customer service

I have been a customer with this place for 10+ years the ladies at the counter have always been helpful. Every time I try to get a loan or credit card I am denied no idea why. Now I have a dilemma of someone charging me. Without telling me how much I was being charged and I tried to dispute this charge now and associate tells me it could be up to four weeks before I will hear back about it.

The people at the Centralia branch are all very nice, and easy to work with. They have helped me get a couple of vehicle loans and helped fix my account when I got scammed a few years ago. I’m very glad I was able to do business with GenFed.
