“I rented from TLT for about a year. It was a good place in a quiet neighborhood. It was a decent price in comparison to other studios in the area. Todd was very accepting of my pets, which was absolutely wonderful. The only minor complaint/suggestion was the laundry room/area was less than desirable and the dryer wasn't the best. The building was older, so a few things, such as the stairs, needed a little updating. Overall though, I would recommend TLT properties to anyone who would ask me about landlords/rental agencies in the area.”

Baytowne is a very safe place to living in Cham-bana area, and it is under very well-trained management staffs who are very friendly and welcoming. In addition, the apartments understand the needs of tenants and very active on providing many community-exclusive events and happenings. Highly recommend!”

“We are having a great experience doing business with MHM Properties. We have been tenants since 2021, and they are there for us whenever we need any help from them. Maintenance is always up to date, and the support provided in case any issue appears has no delay. The buildings are well located, well constructed (g sound isolation), and with excellent home appliances. I definitely recommend the company. All the interactions I had with Kevin and Chris were incredible!”

“Their maintenance deserves 5 star because it is fast and efficient. Other services need improvement. I left the unit in decent condition but they charged me for cleaning and painting. I reached out to them via email several times to ask for clarification about those charges, but they didn’t even reply my emails. I called them several times to follow up on my inquiry, but they just told me that all communications would be done through email. I never received any emails to clarify the charges and answer my questions.

Finally, they replied my email after 4 months. I would suggest that they should at least let you know that it might take longer to be processed. Also, they should avoid or reduce the charges on wear and tear able stuff like paint and carpet.”
