But I waited a week after putting the request in, and I was worried about the cold air affecting our electricity bill throughout the week. Hopefully response time can be quicker in the future.

“I rented from TLT for about a year. It was a good place in a quiet neighborhood. It was a decent price in comparison to other studios in the area. Todd was very accepting of my pets, which was absolutely wonderful. The only minor complaint/suggestion was the laundry room/area was less than desirable and the dryer wasn't the best. The building was older, so a few things, such as the stairs, needed a little updating. Overall though, I would recommend TLT properties to anyone who would ask me about landlords/rental agencies in the area.”
