University Group manages campus apartments. The maintenance team is friendly, fast, and quick to respond, often visiting on the same day to resolve issues. The tech team is also very efficient. Staff members are cool, helpful, and do a great job of informing tenants with plenty of notice for showings or maintenance. Apartments are beautiful. While there is an annual rent increase, tenants report a great experience, with many staying for multiple years. Most of the security deposit is typically returned, with only expected deductions for cleaning and painting. Overall, tenants are satisfied and would stay forever if they could.
Seth, the maintenance technician was excellent, kind, and very efficient. Highly recommend his services and hope that University Group rewards him for his hard work!

When finding an apartment with The University Group, leasing manager Danielle helped make the process seamless! I was met with quick responses and great suggestions as to what fit my lifestyle, making this the easiest leasing process I have been through.

My ac was broke, I made a request and within in the weekend Tim showed up and got it working. He came on Sunday and even worked through the rain to get it going for me!
